The price of personal computer today is shrinking from day to day, with many special promotions and free accessories that come along with the buy. Today, Geekylocker.com Tech blog is proudly presenting the list of the probable prices for the 10 inches netbooks or nettops, which are surveyed around major PC retailers in Malaysia.

Most of these netbooks listed below come with 1.6GHz Intel Atom processors unless otherwise stated. Prices of netbooks are sorted from lowest to highest.

OS, like Kalyway or iAtkos OS, this is the netbook that you want to try on! It has great hardware supports to enhance the graphic and compatiblity with the OS. MSI Wind comes with a 160GB hard drive, 1GB of RAM, and a 3 cell battery.

HP Mini 1000 Mi Edition – RM1300: This netbook by default, runs on the Linux operating system, which is not really popular for Malaysian users and most softwares are not compatible with this open source OS. But for this price, you can add more RM150 to upgrade to larger screen, 10.1 inch with 1024 x 576 pixels resolution.

4. Lenovo IdeaPad S10 – RM1400: IdeaPad netbook series with 10.2 inch screen display,512MB Random Access Memory (RAM), intel Atom processor and memory capacity up to 80 GB. This is a good buy for those who love the geeky products from Lenovo.

5. Asus Eee PC 1000HA – RM1400:This is another version of its predecessor, the Asus Eee 1000H,where both have the capabilities of 1G RAM, 6 cellbatteries with 7 hours working life plus 160 GB hard drives. The only disadvantage of the 1000H series is it is not built with the 802.11draft-n wireless connectivity as well as bluetooth.

6. Acer Aspire One AOD150 RM1500: Acer has come out with the better version of its netbook, after the 8.9 inch version. This newerversion has slightly larger touchpad, 10.1 inch screen, longer battery life cycle, and available in black, red, and white.
