Follow these steps to hack your ipod:

1. Download the application called iPhone-explorer below for either Macintosh or Windows, based on your computer OS.

2. Unzip the file and run the setup to install the program.
3. Connect your iphone/ipod using the USB cable, like always. Close the iTunes if it pop-out.
4. Double click on the program icon installed on your desktop. Now, you will be given three options. If you have the unlocked or jailbroken iphone, choose option one (Real iPhone Root Directory). If not, you can choose option 2 or 3. Don’t worry if you mess up this step because
you can always change this settings later.
5. Now, the program should be able to browse the folders and the files inside them.
6. If you wish to insert new files or documents, just drag it into your desired folder destination.

Sometimes, using multiple selection didn’t work so well to transfer files to or from my iPod touch, doing it one file at a time worked much better. To move in a bundle of large files, better cluster them in one folder before transferring to avoid possible program crash.
